Situtation Overview
There is a proposed merger between the Village of Alexandria and the Township of St. Albans.
Both sides want the same thing - how we go about it is where we differ.
Vote NO On The Merger
What a NO Vote Means:
Maintain township residents’ voice in how they want to live
NO income tax or RITA on St. Albans residents
Protect your rural way of life
Growth can be managed if trustees step up
What a YES Vote Means:
1% Tax increase on all St. Albans residents (earned income)
Your voice and preferred way of governing could be diminished
Loss of county services for our community - roads, bridges, police
Village insistence on participating in MUCLC (formerly JAG) creates a financial burden
Village control over areas allowed for firearm use (hunting and target practice)
Municipal restrictions on farming operations
No merger.
No income tax.
No RITA.
Pay more, and get less.

Experienced professionals that have the skill set and commitment to deliver results.
Able to provide leadership and guidance to make business meetings more respectful, productive and effective.
Both have experience living and working in western Licking County and have no plans to move.
